Meet the Team
Gilly Harradence LLB (Hons) MBA LLM (Dispute Resolution)
Director/Solicitor Advocate
Experienced in multiple areas of law including civil, commercial, company, conveyancing, divorce, regulatory and criminal law.
Qualified as a Solicitor Advocate in both the Civil and Criminal Courts
As well as a law degree, Gilly has an MBA and a Masters in Dispute Resolution, so is well-qualified to resolve complex issues and ones which involve more than one area of law

A previous career in business laid the ground for assisting business clients with commercial and civil matters as well as regulatory law issues, in particular in licensing and transport.
Hard working and tenacious in her approach, Gilly is a firm believer that every client is important, however big or small their issue. Her multifaceted skills and experience provide client with a 360-degree approach to their issue.
A firm supporter of mediation and alternative dispute resolution, Gilly believes this in an excellent way of resolving issues which keeps the costs down for all parties and removes the need for Court and the resulting escalation in costs, stress and time.
Gilly also practices criminal law and regularly sees clients in Court and the Police Station
Gilly has completed the additional training with The Law Society on the cross examination of vulnerable witnesses in criminal trials.
Gilly puts the client at the heart of all the work she does. She has a personal approach and focusses on achieving the best possible outcome for each client. She is also a member of the Solicitor’s Association of Higher Court Advocates as well as the Institute of licencing and Women in Criminal Law.
In her spare time (and there isn’t much) she writes, listens to vintage comedy and drives vintage cars.
