Our Vision

One advantage of building a law firm from scratch is the opportunity to create a culture that is genuinely client-focused from the onset. We at Winrow Solicitors are focused on becoming the leading regional law firm in North and Mid Wales in the areas of Employment and Immigration Law.

Practical, affordable, legal advice

Our mission is to provide legal services to our clients both private individuals and businesses of the highest quality.

The areas of law we work in affect our private client’s deeply, whether we are giving employment advice after you have been unfairly dismissed, assistance to have contact with your children or to help you bring your family into the UK. We will treat everybody fairly and with sympathy.

If you are a business we realise you sometimes need to keep your business afloat in these difficult times of financial uncertainty. We can help with employment issues, whether it be with your employment contracts, or a claim against you. Bad debts can be a threat, that can cause you sleepless nights as your business can be at serious risk.

We will use our legal expertise, technology and attention to detail to provide excellent client care. We are determined to be the firm of choice in North and Mid Wales for providing dynamic services that meet your needs and address the real problems and challenges that you, our client, will face.

It is not about us, but you, our client, and we believe that offering true total client satisfaction is the only way we will achieve financial success. We set ourselves the goal of providing practical, personal and cost effective solutions that reflect your best interests.

Our Strategy

Having a vision is just the starting point. We will achieve that vision by placing our clients’ needs as paramount. With extensive cuts to Legal Aid, many people are effectively denied access to justice; we at Winrow Solicitors will do whatever we can to help those in need.
