- Representation at Contested Court Hearing (Not always required), £400+ travel

Court costs:
At the time of writing the court fees for evicting tenants are:
- £355 – County Court standard fee
- £325 – Possession Claims Online fee (can only be used for rent arrears claims) Section 8, Grounds 8
- £130 – £250 Bailiff’s fee range – depending upon what type of services are needed
