Current Opportunities
Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer – Public Children Law
Salary Range: £34,000–£48,000 (DOE) Contract: Full-time, permanent
Role Overview
We are looking for a practitioner with experience in public children law, including care proceedings and PLO matters. You will work closely with vulnerable clients, prepare detailed case documents, and undertake advocacy where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of public law children matters
- Preparing statements, chronologies, evidence bundles, and court documents
- Attending PLO meetings and liaising with Local Authorities
- Conducting advocacy at hearings where suitable
Ensuring compliance with Legal Aid and SRA requirements
Solicitor or Paralegal – Divorce & Financial Settlements
Salary Range: £30,000–£45,000 (DOE and qualification level) Contract: Full-time, permanent
Role Overview
We are also recruiting for our Private Family team. The successful candidate will handle divorce, financial remedy, separation agreements, and private children matters, providing clear and supportive advice throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing files involving divorce and financial settlement
- Drafting Form E, Form A, consent orders, and court documents
- Preparing cases for FDR and final hearings
- Negotiating financial settlements
