What we need from you to serve as your legal representative:

Landlord:

  • Rent Smart Licence Number
  • Registration Number and Date
  • Occupational Contract (Previously known as Tenancy Agreement.)
  • Deposit Scheme Registration Number and Date
  • a copy of the annual gas safety check dated within the last year. ( If property has gas )
  • Electrical Installation Condition Report dated within the last five years on 1December 2023.
  • An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) dated within the last ten years.
  • Financial Payment History
  • If a licensed agent appointed, please provide Licence Number and Date
  • Tenant: Full Address, including Post Code

Court costs:

At the time of writing the court fees for evicting tenants are:
  • £391 – County Court standard fee
  • £355 – tandard Possession Claims Online fee (can only be used for rent arrears claims)
  • £130 – Warrant of Possession Order
  • £142 – High Court Enforcement with County Court
